He was born in “Playas”, province of Guayas – Ecuador. By instinctive impulse, during january and february 1.994 for the first time paint 3 pictures, coincidentally the next month of August, an exibition opens for medical painters in the house of culture of Guayaquil with those who participate.

“El Universo” (the largest National Newspaper) senala the Dr. Héctor Onshon is the revelation of this contest. 

“El Universo” in two publications April and May 1998 and February 1999 again encourage him.

In gratitude the painter performs exhibitions in the tourist complexes Ecuadorian: "Casa Blanca", "Carabelas de Colón", "Hotel Humboldt" with wide coverage and compliments.

The paintings of Onshon, show by themselves its value of authentic works of contemporary art.
